One of the best booking.com find. Location is 7 min walk to the eagle beach which was filled with soft white sand and beautiful sunset. The property was perfect well kept and clean. Rooms were really clean and managed like a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful with a smile.

Staff, location, rules that provide privacy and quiet, ease and fairness of beach lounger reservation, breakfast, comfortable rooms/beds all the extra touches that I won’t divulge so they can be a surprise! NO KIDS! NO LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED, just PEACE AND QUIET

This 2 day stay exceeded our expectations. I was sad I booked too late to get a resort but this ended up having better amenities than a lot of resort options. 2 rooftop patios with Hot tubs and pool respectively, ocean view gym, in building restaurant that delivered to the rooms, parking, easy to use washer and dryer in the room and well equipped kitchen, plus nice touches like beach towels and chairs and an hdmi cable (which we always need when traveling) Check in was smooth and the sunset facing view was awesome. We got to enjoy it fully on our first day and last morning. second day there was a cruise ship but it still wasn’t a full obstruction. Location is right near renaissance marina with its restaurants and market plus many other shops nearby. All in all, this was a lovely stay and I’d come back without question.

Communicating with the property owner/handler is really nice. She answers all your questions and needs if necessary. For our stay we asked if we could have an early check-in and because no other person was renting the apartment is what possible. Mia who we communicated with was very thoughtful with our request and was guiding and keeping us up to day till the day we arrived. The place has his own parking garage which is helpful and nice. The place is located centrally and right up the alley of where the cruise ships are docked which is nice, especially when they are arriving or leaving. The apartment has everything one would/could need for an vacation. It has warm water, is fully airconditioned, has enough linen (and spare), beach chairs, soap, shampoo and conditioner; literally everything one needs. The view from the 7th floor is extraordinary and the 2 Jacuzzi's are a nice addition to this place. The pool is also nice and has a bit of an infinity pool style. Washer and dryer so you don't have to carry a lot of clothes with you. Security guard(s) on the premises and also keep an eye on everything. You won't regret booking this place. Thank you Mia once again for letting me stay at your place. Too bad is what too short. We will definitely visit it again.

Spacious and clean. Great setup! Close to everything we wanted to do. Great new appliances in kitchen.

This is similar to a studio attached to the owners house. It was secluded enough to include privacy. We had room to park our car rental. It was at a good location. 10 minute drive from everything needed. Fairly centralized about 30 minute drive to either edge of the island. The place itself was fairly big from the restroom, bedroom and kitchen. Couches aren’t available but wasn’t needed.
