The flexibility of the check out

Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and easy. The location is perfect—right next to the shopping mall, with many restaurants and attractions nearby. The room was very clean, with modern furniture and a comfortable, well-designed layout.

The place is very accessible to the area the we normally visit and do grocery. Place is clean

Hotel location is very convenient and great. Reception staff during Day and Night Shift was very courteous, polite and helpful.

During my stay the accommodated me more than my expectation. From requesting early check in which they did not promise me since based on availability. But they did accommodated me early check in since I reached bahrain by morning flight, with the less sleep this was help a lot. To requesting late check out when my flight back was 8pm. At first I requested till 3pm however they allow me to extend and rest in the room till the time I need to leave bahrain. The lady and the man who did me the checked in and deliver my luggage, and the lady who did my checked out, 3 of them are outstanding. Unfortunately I don't get their names since they were not wearing name tag which I'm not sure if that the standard of the barcelo hotel or not, since some of the hotel or resort have the standard that their team members not required wearing name tag. Overall, everything went well during my stays.

I like the location, staff were great and the rooms were clean.

Location and the view was amazing

It’s central to my favorite places like The Avenues, Seef Mall and my hair salon. Iftar was amazing and well priced at Zytoun. Staff were friendly and Lucy was so professional and efficient.

We took an apartment. The hotel gave us an upgrade. The apartment was luxuries and spacious. Nice swimming pool

Privacy, huge space to bring friends and enjoy the time recommended and definitely will be back again

The staff was incredible. I was there during the beginning of international crisis and the staff went above and beyond to make their guests feel informed. I cannot thank them enough.

Got this place for one night and i made a mistake of not adding my kids to my booking i told the manager and he said “ not problem its an easy fix I’m just going to upgrade your room to a suite” the greatest man ever and the view was amazing it was of historic palace and it looked so good. It had over 14 restaurants and the pool are was so big and was Surrounded by palm trees it felt like i was in a tropical island. My girls enjoyed and played so much that they slept all the afternoon 😂. I would comeback again to this place

Exceptional breakfast. Fantastic gym with both machines and workout room. Great food in house. Best of all the people. Rebecca at the pool couldn’t help enough in every way and all the staff at breakfast went above and beyond and the quality was amazing 🤩. Reception crew especially Annie and lahama also great with lots of help and solutions for any problem ! 12 out of 10
