AustraliaOur stay at AlpinaRos was lovely, such an amazing view from outside the room and breakfast area.
The staff were incredible. We didn't realise the room didn't have a fridge but we were able to keep our small cold goods at the front desk fridge.
The breakfast was superb, best breakfast we had during our one month holiday in Europe.
Parking was great for our rental car, and short walk to the main area of town.
The view was just sublime. Room was comfy, slight dated but totally fine.
Really welcoming staff and we appreciate the high level of kindness and support.

- Outstanding Service: We received a warm welcome despite a late check-in, and they even organized an off-hours dinner for us. The staff was also incredibly attentive and helpful with small requests.
- Dietary Care: They were amazing and very caring regarding dairy restrictions, which we truly appreciated.
- Amenities & Comfort: The rooms are absolutely beautiful, convenient parking, a great location.
- Wellness & Food: The Saunawelt and pools are amazing, the massage service was excellent, and the food throughout our stay was delicious.
Highly recommend this hotel! It is a gem for people with dietary restrictions.

The hotel has ample amenities like sauna, steam and jacuzzi. It also has a spa and the reception area is exceptional. The view from the hotel is amazing. Its like a modern,well furnished hotel amidst a fairytale European city. The Rooms are amazing with a big mirror and a spacious balcony. The best thing is they provide you a umbrella and a bag pack. Particularly Mr.Franz/Frans was such a lovely dude, he is energetic and also very talented. Definitely will come back here!

An extremely warm welcome from Peter (our host). He was exceptional. His knowledge of the area is second to none. Our stay was absolutely wonderful.
The property and facilities (Hot tub, swimming pool and sauna) were exceptional.
Our room was spacious and very well appointed. Shower and separate bath and a Lovely comfortable bed.
I really recommend this place. Thank you Peter for making us so welcome.

The staff at AlpinaRos are fantastic, especially Franz! He was so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hot tub/spa area, and will only get better with the current addition of the pool.
The view from our room was amazing and we were very happy with our location so close to town and the bus stop.
