If you want your vacation to be a rest and relaxation, then you should come to us, to the Schmuckenhof in the climatic health resort Marktschellenberg-Scheffau in the Berchtesgadener Land. The Schmuckenhof, a house with tradition, is located on a quiet forest clearing, between Berchtesgaden and Marktschellenberg. A preferred vacation landscape, far away from road noise and industry, 5 km from the highway exit Salzburg. You can hike directly from our house over gentle hills, forests and fields, or climb the high mountains, such as the Watzmann, the Hoher Göll or the Untersberg. Of course, there are also mountain railroads available to hikers in the summer and skiers in the winter.

The picturesque location in Marktschellenberg offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours through nature. You can also relax in the lounge in front of the fireplace. You can reach Berchtesgaden's main train station after 5 km and the picturesque Königssee lake after 8 km. And it takes 25 minutes to get to Salzburg by car. You can use WLAN free of charge in the public areas.
