Very kind and always helpful staff - we arrived at 10pm and they proactively kept dinner for us, nice surprise. My partner had birthday during our stay and found bottle of champagne as a present in our room. Breakfasts and dinners were good, always fresh.

Although it seemed isolated, transportation via Uber was quick and excellent and but a short ride to the city center/promenade. This is a Villa for real, on a hill, overlooking the city and by the excellent golf course. Value for money is outstanding

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was excellent — close to the city center with easy access to the main streets, yet tucked away in a less touristy area that gave us a genuine local experience. The accommodation was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking simple and convenient. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi on the second floor — a perfect spot to relax after exploring Mallorca. The rooms were comfortable, with their own AC unit, which was a big plus. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep, but they felt solid and safe. Overall, a great place to stay if you want a mix of comfort, convenience, and a more authentic Mallorca atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The villa is wonderful, it has everything you need, Miguel and Teresa are very warm and nice people, it is holiday that the first day we arrived, so all the stores were closed, Miguel and Teresa prepared us food and drinks. The villa itself located in a quiet neighborhood, you don’t get bothered. It has trains connection to city center, and a huge supermarket is in 3 minutes walking distance. Everything is perfect for our stay. I recommend this place!!!

We loved our stay at Hotel Gloria de Sant Juame. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating of our baby. We particularly enjoyed the underground pool and spa area - just gorgeous. The room was beautiful and breakfast was so fresh and delicious. There were so many nice touches such as homemade biscuits and welcome drinks.

Excellent location and so much history to the building. The team there was very friendly and the rooms are newly renovated so everything was very clean and well put together. Highly recommend for anyone interested in design and history. There is no concierge on premise but they are very responsive via whatsapp and you can just send them a message if you need anything. The area felt very safe for a solo traveller!
