Everything is perfect , breakfast is best ever

Breakfast was included and varied. Great and helpful staff. Central location was very good and close to restaurants and shops.

Babbis was great, he is great at his job. Rooms were clean, hot tub was prepared beforehand, breakfast was good and definitely more than what we expected.

Super nice room with a private pool, the main pool area and restaurant were incredible as well. All of the staff were so nice!

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the drinks at the bar exceeded my (all-inclusive style) expectations, and the facial treatment was absolute magic!

Beautifully appointed apartment in the old part of Heraklion. The jacuzzi was a welcome bonus. Easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Breakfast that was included in the tariff was a 10min walk to another hotel. Thank you for a pleasant stay

Good central location with eateries nearby. The building itself is very clean quiet and easy to access. Loved no keys we just used a code so no worry about someone.losing s key or wanting to go home early.

The property was tidy, beautifully designed.. the location was fantastic and the view in general and the fortress was awesome… Lots of restaurants and coffee houses just down stairs. Perfect location for Heraklion Everything as described! Thank you!

This places is lovely! Very low key and intimate with comfortable and clean facilities. Nikos helped us even though we booked so late at night and at the last minute. He was very responsive and helped us even when I texted so late. The taverna across the street is also authentic and delicious. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This location was great, right in the middle of the town square with restaurants, cafes, bars and everything in between right outside your door step. This was a very big apartment which was great which had a sofa sitting area and kitchen area.

Host provided video to make sure it was easy to find the door. Everything worked exactly as he said and everything was exactly as I was expecting it to be.

Very easy to collect the keys and get in. Parking around the area is a little bit more difficult, but there is a large parking lot near by at the marina. If you park there (3 eur or 6eur overnight) it takes you just about ten min. walk to get to the apartment.
