What did we like about the property? Absolutely everything!!! Where should I start from? Well… * The Location, amazing location on a hill side with an outstanding view to the sea, a very quiet area where you can enjoy the silence and the nature. Extremely close to some amazing beaches. * The Villa, very tidy and clean, with all the comfort that one could ask, spacious bed rooms (2), very comfortable bed, kitchen with all of the possible appliances that you could think of, and so on… everything is extremely clean high quality and perfect! * The Pool, very nice sized pool, infinity pool that makes you feel that you are swimming in your own piece of the Mediterranean sea. * The host, Nikos, how can I finish my review without mentioning the host? Every little question/request that i had he was more than helpful at any time, both before we arrived and during our stay. Very nice person that knows how to treat his clients, very hospitable… thank you very much Nikos! We will definitely come back! Every small detail in those villas is well thought out! Absolutely amazing! We’ve been in many luxurious 5 star hotels and places and this place is couple of steps above them all.

Great location right near the square in Matala. Easy to find Maria in the shop to collect the keys. Very clean and well equipped, would recommend and would stay again. Thank you for the bottle of Cretan wine too!

Breakfast was exceptional. Place was very clean. Shower pressure fantastic. Apartment had all the amenities and was very quiet. I will definitely stay here again if ever back In Matala!

The pool was lovely, as was the pool bar who had a great menu for lunch. Our room had a huge balcony with a sea view. Perfect. Breakfastxwas also very good. Staff were kind and thoughtful.

Perfect location in the mountains that could be a base for a short drive day trips to Arkady Monastery, multiple gorges and beaches on the north coast. There are walking distance Supermarket and local tavernas. Place is fully renovated with spacious 3 bedrooms and Huge bathroom. Air conditioner was in each room. This was first time after 12 days of travel we feel comfy on new matrasses and sparkling high-end linens. Yet we have no chance – all tableware was new as well. Host went an extra mile and provided six types of water/soda and coffee. We really like staying in Casa Moderna and highly recommend it.
