The appartment is outside the central area, far enough from the noise and tourists, but at the same time at walking distance from the center, stores, restaurants, and beach. All kitchen facilities are working, and you have everything ensured, including couple coffee capsules. The terrace is really comfy, and we spent almost all of the time at the appartment there. It was extremely clean, and the cleaning lady came on the third day to ask whether we need something. The parking is big enough, and convenient. The pool looks nice but he hadn't have a chance to try it.

Georgi was very kind and helpful. The studio itself is tastefully furnished and maximally well equipped with even the tiniest little things you might need during your stay. Thanks to the owner for the basket of fruit, spreads for breakfast and even a couple of cans of beer. Parking is free, on the street in front of the house and is usually in the shade. Bakery and supermarkets are 100m away. Studio also has the big and beautiful balcony

The houses are brand new, built and decorated with a lot of passion and attention to details. Having two bathrooms was very convenient for our family of four. Kudos for the coffee machine and the dishwasher. We liked everything in the residence - the pool, the garden, the BBQ area, the lights. The property is really close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets (max 10min walk) and at the same time it gives you privacy and peace. The hostess, Sandy, was very kind and recommended us nice beaches and different activities in the area. Nice surprise were the bottles of water in the fridge and at the pool area as well as the welcome pack with snacks and bottle of wine.

Amazing location outside of Stavros, several beaches located at walking distance (recommend Stavraki beach north of the property), multiple even better beaches short drive away (recommend Babylon Beach south of the property). The owner and the staff were absolutely amazing! The property felt brand new, no wear and tear - the best kind of hotel. No restaurant, source food and drinks from outside (there are beach bar = fast food restaurants walking distance from there, but the closest grocery store is 5 min driving away). We liked it so much that we contemplate returning again this year! Large parking lot for all guests.
