Everything about Villa Alari was perfect. The Villa and room were very charming, exactly what we envisioned Tuscany to be. We would stay again and recommend anyone to stay here. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The owner was attentive, explained everything perfectly and helped us with dinner reservations. 2 thumbs up

Silvia and Gigi provided a real taste of Italian hospitality, with a beautiful property, welcoming atmosphere, amazing food and wine and the added bonus of an amazing spa and sauna. They are both lovely, polite and make you feel right at home in this beautiful piece of Tuscan heaven.

Owners were wonderful and gracious. Chuisi is charming- almost no tourists (except us 😉) and garden was so relaxing as this was our first at stop after 24 hours of traveling.

The palazzo is a beautiful and charming property. The historic building has been sympathetically restored and our room was very comfortable. Casually elegant. I love it when properties have books to read too! Chiara was a lovely host. She cooked amazingly good breakfasts. I am still dreaming of her home made croissants!! Next time we’d arrange to take a cooking course with her. She & her brother have created a great place with warm cozy vibes. I have to mention the bathroom. Fabulous!! Both a shower and a luxurious tub. 💕 Everything about the palazzo was in good taste and scrupulously clean. The palazzo is steps away from the piazza. Restaurants in easy walking distance.

Lovely estate, clean rooms - daily room cleaning.

Our group of six spent five nights at Villa Licia (previously Villa Recanati) near Chiusi and could not have asked for a better stay. The villa is bright and spacious and has a nice , well-stocked updated kitchen. The views from here (and especially the large balcony) are incredible. The caretakers (Emiliano and Irina) replied to every question quickly, and helped arranged a four-course cooking class with a local chef that was one of the highlights of our trip — they even shared olive oil pressed from the estate’s own trees, which was outstanding. Tip: make sure to bring toiletries/paper goods; we missed that detail, though the caretakers kindly provided enough to get us started. The location makes day trips throughout southern Tuscany easy, and grocery stores / restaurants are just minutes away.

We loved everything, but what we most loved what staff kindness and the beautiful natural environment.

The location is excellent, offering picturesque views of the mountains and a beautiful olive tree garden. The apartment is spacious, modern, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing time and remote work. Dominik is a friendly, energetic, and welcoming host who made our stay even more enjoyable.
