Aurora Serao was outstanding. So friendly, so helpful, she made our trip to Gallipoli a fabulous experience. We can’t say enough good things about her. We are planning a return trip this summer, just because she is there making everything perfect for guests. The property is absolutely spotless. The clean, sleek design of the rooms and the lobby also are soothing to the soul. Nothing too colorful, nothing too busy… We loved the beds, the linens, the bathroom … everything was near perfection. Can’t wait to return.

Maria and Julia were extremely attentive and accommodating. They made my stay incredible.

Very nice, clean, and newly renovated one bedroom apartment in the center of Gallipoli, just a 2 minute walk from the main beach. The roof top terrace has a nice view of the sea. Comfortable bed and all the pots and dishes you would need in the kitchen. Excellent place in Gallipoli!

Well me and my wife, we liked everything about the Xilhotel in Gallipoli. The room was perfectly clean and well maintained. It was kept clean daily. Its aesthetics and comfort were beyond our expectation. It had a smart use of its space giving you the chance to organize your clothes and things, to avoid clutter. The bed was very comfortable. We could sleep very well. The toilet was very spacious. The room had a nice looking balcony with sea view where you could hang out and enjoy the peacefulness of the sea. The breakfast was another highlight of our experience there. It was a lot to choose from and the food was delicious, especially the pastry. We also had quality espresso and cappuccino during our breakfasts. The location was perfect. 2 minutes walk from the train station, 5 min walk from the bridge that leads you to the old town/island, 1 min walk from the main boulevard. The area was very peaceful so there was no noise coming from outside. And last but not least we are very thankful to the staff of the hotel (the ladies at the reception, the cleaning lady and the lady at the breakfast service). They were very professional and friendly. This hotel just made our holidays in Gallipoli, the best we have had so far.

The room is great! Super cute, comfortable bed, clean, good wifi, friendly and communicable hosts. Room is located on the ground floor making it easy to move into for anyone with luggage or physical limitations. Location is perfect and breakfast in the garden was tasty! We were at a different B&B downtown the night before and booked this one for the next night in order to stay in town and explore a bit more. Tania and her husband were super accommodating and even had the room ready early so we could check-in right when we left our place from the previous night. We walked around and tried to explore the old city. Unfortunately, the weather was uncooperative for most of the day. If we ever come back to Gallipoli, it would be in the warmer months so we could explore all that the town has to offer and would most definitely stay at this location again. I would recommend anyone traveling to Gallipoli who loves old city charm to book their stay here as well.

Great place and fantastic location.

Everything is brand new and well appointed! It is family owned and operated. The son did all the renovations and did a very good job! Very beautiful! Lucia is the matriarch and proudly displays her son’s work! Breakfast was filling and had everything from yogurt, bread, deli meats, cheese and fruits and pastries. Location is within the ZTL zone of the old town within 15 minute walk from parking outside of ztl. 5 minutes to downtown beach, great restaurants in the area.
