Stunning views and landscape, beautiful rooms, peaceful grounds, incredible hot springs, an amazing pool, spa and endless multiple saunas, a million different treatments, and incredible food. Surrounded by beautiful old towns. Not cheap but worth every cent.

This hotel was a delightful surprise. We expected warm spa waters and a charming setting around the thermal basin in the center of the village. But we got so much more, a very comfortable room, a welcoming staff and a very good restaurant with a terrific wine list. This hotel is family owned and operated and their pride really shows through. It is also in a great location for visiting Pienza, Montepulciano and Montacino.

What a piece of heaven on earth

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this apartment for our one-night vacation! The place was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the owner’s exceptional service. He went above and beyond, surprising us with thoughtful extra touches that made us feel so welcomed and valued.

Nice and spacious room in a lovely and quiet place, minutes away from several splendid little towns. Heartwarming welcoming. Everything is super clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The bathtub and the bathroom were amazing we had lovely breakfast with the view , and the terrace was the highlight of our stay. We would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent location, professional and friendly staff.

The view is spectacular. The countryside is stunning. The property is close to the towns but far enough for it to be quiet and peaceful.

We had the apartment and it was a perfect space for us with our 6 month old baby. Crib was nicely set up when we got there. Very accommodating and friendly. Parking on site was nice

The apartment was perfect for our family group of 6 adults and two children. The 4 bedrooms were large and we had 3 full baths. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Our hosts were excellent. We were relaxing wya glass of wine in one of the outdoor areas when they came out with a plate of bread and home produced olive oil for us to enjoy. And then a bowl of home grown plums. They were very attentive and very happy to have us. We walked into Pienza in the evening for dinner. Lots of great restaurants!

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and excellent customer service. Very nice breakfast. Clean, simple, elegant rooms and bathrooms. Slippers are a nice touch. Location is excellent, short walk to center, felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Limited reserved parking on side street of property.

Very tidy setup and prime central location in Val D’Orcia

Great location in Val’d Orcia. Breathtaking sunrise location near Pienza and Montepulciano. Hosts Luciano and his mother were wonderful. Apartment was clean & super quiet. Really felt like you are in nature in beautiful Italy.

Don't forget to watch the sunrise at the place. It's fantastic!

Amazing property in the beautiful Val D’orcia with exceptional service and beautiful views

What didn't I like?? Everything about the property and its amenities were stellar. The lounge chairs all over the property made it almost feel like you had the views and the place all to yourself. The pool was clean and very big. The cave spas were incredible. They were so relaxing after many days of traveling and sight seeing.
