If I could give an 11/10, I would. The facilities are beautiful, and the food was delicious. But the part that far exceeded our expectations was our host, Francesco. He went above and beyond to teach us about Calabria and made our short stay into a special memory. It truly is his art! Grazie mille, Francesco!

Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional, especially the ice cream deserts. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great spot for a stopover. It's exceptionally clean, all new, easy check in, easy check out. A couple of minutes of the highway and with gated parking. I definitely recommend.

We arrived here in Scarcelli / Fuscaldo after more than 3 weeks camping at rural sites and scavenging for Airbnb spaces in cold, damp weather. So, it was a great relief to find such a fresh, well renovated, and elegant space in which to catch our breath and get comfortable again. We were greeted at the door by Teresa and immediately impressed by the architecture, spacious entryway, and the sea view from the bedroom and terrace. Our suite had 3 beds, plenty of cabinet space, a sitting room with a kitchenette, a large, tiled, walkout terrace, and a medium-sized bathroom. The bed was warm and comfortable. Breakfast each morning prepared by Teresa was delightful. Our host. Gaetano was easy to reach on WhatsApp and was very generous in helping us make our own personal extended travel plans.

Excellent location. Close to everything you need. Family run hotel. Great speak easy vibe to the place. Very unique. Highly recommend. Fantastic experience.

What was even more wonderful than the room itself, was the kindness, helpfulness and generosity of this ENTIRE family!  The restoration of the room was done in a quality, modern fashion with excellent attention to decor. You will not find a more perfect place in Cosenza!

Beautiful property so close to the city center. Amazing room with a sauna and hot tub that just blew us away. They also left a bottle of champagne for us, which was delightful.
