The stay felt exactly like being in Hatten Hotel — clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful sea view. The host was extremely responsive, and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. We arrived at 1:30 AM, yet everything was perfectly arranged for us. The room was spacious and well-furnished.

We were worried if the apartment is clean as the photos. However the moment we open the door to the unit, we were super amazed by the comfort & cleanliness of the apartment as it has exceeded our expectations. The host (Sean) provided us with all the details to ensure a smooth check-in & even did a video to show us how to operate the TV. Throughout our stay, he was very responsive to our queries & even make the effort to meet us before we checked-out to obtain our feedback directly. Mahkota Parade is within a short walking distance which is very convenient.

The apartment complex is great for kids with spacious pool and water slides. The apartment is sufficient for our family of 4. The location is close to attractions but a little awkward as you have to J- cross a busy 6-lane road to access directly the shopping malls and the old town of Melaka. Otherwise it's quite a long walk to get to the closest pedestrian crossing. One soon learns J walking is quite a norm in Malaysia 😂

Struck gold with this apartment! It was actually better than the photos which is rare in Melacca. Host was stellar, location perfect with breathtaking ocean views. Apartment had everything: comfy, well-equipped, and air-conditioned. The true star was the pool - perfect for unwinding. Unforgettable 2-night stay, highly recommend! ️

I had a great time staying for 3 nights at Amadel Residence 14 with my family and I highly recommend it. Mr Sean (the host) showcased exceptional hospitality, responding promptly and effectively to our needs. He is patient in answering all my questions and concerns, even before my trip. The self-check in process is easy. When we encountered a minor hiccup with the shower and air conditioning, Mr Sean was quick to rectify the issues, ensuring our comfort wasn't compromised. The apartment itself was a haven. It's huge and clean. Towels, shampoo/body wash, toiilet paper, coffee and tea are all provided. There is also pots and cutlery in the kitchen if you'd like to cook. Wifi is fast. Netflix and a lot of channels are available on the TV box. The stunning view of the sunset from the apartment was amazing. My family took many photos with that backdrop. The location was fabulous, it's super close to the shopping malls. Mahkota Parade is right opposite, which added much convenience to our stay. We're spoilt for food choices with so many eateries around. The only small challenge is the absence of a traffic light crossing the road to the shopping mall, particularly when assisting our slower-walking elderly family members across the street. Zebra crossing is available though, there is no problem for me and my cousins to cross the road. However, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise splendid location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and cosy stay with friends or family. Thank you, Mr Sean, for making our holiday special!

The apartment was simply perfect for us! Our best stay this year, and we have been to more than 20 accommodations. Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean, all things needed were provided (pans, dishes, toilet paper, towels, etc) and arranged to our needs (with two extra mattresses as we had requested). The apartment also had a beautiful view, and the building has nice amenities like swimming pool, mini golf (you can ask for clubs at the security house), gym, and vegetation. The host was also amazing - friendly, attentive, and answering very quickly and clearly any questions. This was our 2nd stay in this apartment, and we'll gladly be back!

The interior was beautiful and it's so cozy. Definitely will stay again the next time I'll come to Melacca.

Nice ambiance, clean, comfortable for autistic@ small family.. had microwave n simple cooking set. Plates, glasses n small bowl, fridge & water heater.. wifi provided.. pool was huge! 4seperate sides, my kids love em.
