Great place. Good location, good communication. Clean and comfortable. Very nice common kitchen.

This was a very comfortable apartment which was greatly appreciated as we there for days of non stop rain. It was nice to have a place to cook and watch the weather from and enjoy the nice jacuzzi tub to warm up in. The location right in town was great though we were sad that the hot springs were closed! Parking was tight getting into but doable and convenient.

Everything! Very nice place, beautifully designed, airy. Jacuzzi, kids were very happy with it. The bedroom downstairs is so cool, has a door directly to the terrace, with the roof so you can sit outside even in rain. Some herbs growing in the garden. Also, from the description/pictures it seemed like there is only 1 bedroom, I honestly thought we'd sleep on the sofa-bed. But actually there are 2 nice, big bedrooms! One big bed downstairs, two beds upstairs. My only wish is that we would have stayed here longer.

This place is quite pleasant, with a charming old-fashioned design. The breakfast is good, though there's a bit of excess service – they bring a kettle of coffee, tea, and juice. It's not really a drawback, more of a minor point to note. The 24-hour access to a thermal pool is a major advantage. The highlight is the incredibly vast park surrounding the property. Overall, it's a delightful spot with a unique charm that extends beyond the accommodations.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and private, making it a perfect place to relax. The location and the whole property are incredibly beautiful, with a very cozy and welcoming feel. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help and make us feel comfortable. We especially appreciated the fresh pastries delivered in the morning — such a lovely touch. Everything felt warm, comfortable, and cosy from the moment we arrived. We would happily come back again.

This was our second stay at Quinta Da Mo and it was magical! Pamela met us every morning at our selected time of 8:30 and made us a delicious breakfast featuring Azorean cheeses, meats, eggs, breads, tarts, fruit and delicious coffee! We traveled ina group of 8 including 4 teens, 2 pre teens and myself and my sister. The property was like a resort, so private with every amenity including laundry. We used the large hot tub daily, sat on the linge by the waterfall to relax and cooked our dinner in the kitchen. We are certainly going back!

We loved our stay at Octant - the facilities are brilliant and we also enjoyed massages on the day we arrived. The staff are extremely friendly and made the stay very enjoyable. We ate at the restaurant 2 nights and the food was lovely - particularly the Wreck fish and the Beef Cheeks. Our stay at Octant was the perfect end to our trip to the Azores.

Location was wonderful with on-site parking. Space is very stylish and reasonably well equipped.

Love the location and the breakfast. The town was great. We will be back. Coffee on the patio in the morning was a great way to start the day. Coffee was good.
