Very good location, excellent spa and wellness services 👌, taste and variety of the breakfast and dinner buffet 😋, the staff is very friendly and caring with a professional attitude. I warmly recommend it even as a mother, it's a suitable place for children. 👩‍👧 Good choice for spending a pleasant, relaxing, enriched holiday. It was a delight to be a guest of O3zone Hotel, we're eager and excited to visit again as soon as possible. 🤩

This was the 3rd time that we were guests at Balvanyos resort and we felt the same as before: this accomodation was the jewel of the mountains-a unique, elegant, superb experience with sparkling clean rooms, tasty food, spacious spa and crystal clear air.

The view, location, staff, food

Surroundings are beautiful. The host was friendly and helpful. Loved the place.

In a quiet neighborhood, close to the forest, so plenty of fresh air. A nice view from the bedroom. Includes everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed a nice evening on the terrace. Loved the light through the big windows. At the beginning it was a bit warm in the bedroom, but we opened one of the skylights and it got better.

The location is perfect - inside the Balvanyos resort but in a very quiet place. Dedicated parking places and very pleasant host. There are hotel rooms and wooden cottages for guests, and many separate cozy corners like sitting room, kitchen with everything one might need,, barbecue area, summer terrace and benches all around. We spent only 2 nights there but we truly enjoyed it.
