Staff were friendly and welcoming. Ms Shahad was especially kind and helpful. The team was great at recommending nice place to visit in Dammam. The check-in and check-out experience was smooth and wonderful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

My visit yesterday was just my 2nd time. Just like the 1st, I had a free upgrade🤩🤩🤩 Thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff.

The staff was very accommodating, especially Turki and Mohammed. They helped us with everything, Turki even went an extra mile to facilitate us with breakfast and late checkout. The rooms were big and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was clean and nice (could have been bigger) and I had a great time with my family. Would recommend others.

My rating to my stay is 10/10 Nice varieties of choices for breakfast But what got me to give 10 rating is the proficional attitude from front desk Zainab, she is welcoming, excellent in handling guests and it’s all with big smile…..really well done 👍🏻

Location close the my places of meetings. Staff friendly , ready to serve & care. Room clean and comfortable with all expected amenities. My car broke down, minutes maintenance engineer sorted it out and I was bale to reach my meeting place on time. I had stayed at his facility few times before. This time stay was amazing. Most probably staff has gone through extra trainings.

We got both a discount and an upgrade. The room was clean and all the benefits listed on the website were available. The staff answered our few requests without delay.

Excellent spacious apartment rooms everything was available. Kitchen was fully equipped with working stove fridge and microwave. Highly recommend to stay with family you will not regret my next destination again to stay
