This was a beautiful resort hotel. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. As our room was a bit of a walk uphill from the street they offered shuttles that ran frequently from the lobby to our room tower. The beach was just a five minute walk. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with quite a variety of food. The staff was super courteous! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was very good, a lot of variety, the location is close to many restaurants, 7 eleven , pharmacy and not far from from the mall. Beach only few meters away from the resort.

If you are looking for a budget hotel near Patong beach this is ideal. Great service. Near beach. Excellent breakfast. Basic rooms but cleaned well daily. Small pool but big enough. Great value for money.

First we loved the room, very clean, complete, comfortable and we got the room with the view to the sunset. They also had a restaurant and a massage place on the first floor. Which we ate a few times and also had a foot massage. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very popular area, there are two malls and a supermarket near by, and everything else you would need.

Room and breakfast was excellent - well laid out facilities.i would recommend to my family and especially friends

Staff upon arrival at 11pm we're very welcoming, King deluxe room was everything that we expected,the breakfast was good, pool and surroundings were very clean.

Location is just outside the madness of Patong, easy access when you want some madness but enough out to have peaceful sunrise and sunset. The villa is 5 star standard, resort like.
