The house is huge and in good repair. The rep for the owner was great. The ice being delivered every day is a great IDEA. The pool was clean and the house was the same.

Everything! The service was outstanding, everything we asked for, even if not a standard request, was dealt with in record time. The villas are extraordinary, every last detail was thought about from indoor and outdoor shoes, fluffy towels to cotton buds. The view outside is amazing, the pool was exactly what we dreamt about-heated. The facilities were fantastic- outdoor sauna, jacuzzi, bath, shower, fire pit, all you could ask for. Great breakfast, lots of choice and also the room service menu was really good and there was a large selection to choose from. There is a buggy service to help with all needs, and as we were traveling with a baby, the staff were so attentive - gave us kids toys and play mats. Once again we have to emphasize how amazing the staff were with everything we asked - and thing we didn’t ask for, always with a smile and a real excellent customer approach As for attraction-most are a bit far but we did visit night markets that were near via taxi (not expensive and the driver stayed with us the whole time). Even though the location is not very central and far away from most attractions - we truly recommend staying here, a once in a lifetime time amazing experience in an outstanding service villa hotel. Thank you so much for accommodating us so well, we hope to visit again soon.
