We loved our stay at the cabin. The pictures of the location do not do it justice. The cabin overlooks a tranquil creek and is surrounded by woods. We found that the location was perfect because it is minutes from downtown Blowing Rock and close to Grandfather Mountain. My husband and I look forward to returning soon.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 21 miles from Grandfather Mountain. Free Wifi is available throughout the property and Sugar Mountain is 20 miles away.

We stayed at the Apple cabin and it was so cute! There is a stream that is really neat to look at. We enjoyed the hot tub! The hill to that specific cabin is not bad at all. We will be back! Everything was clean and as listed in the description.

Ada met me at the entrance, she could see that I was struggling with my walker and the suitcase I was trying manipulate. She had a big smile and offered to assist me with my suitcase. Ada checked me in and then, because they were not busy, also offered to take my suitcase to my room, which was right down the hall. She was so friendly and helpful! Checking out the manager, cannot remember her name, was very helpful and also offered to take my suitcase to my car, which was right outside. Great customer service! The bed was very comfortable!

A recently renovated condo hotel in Sugar Mountain, Sugar Ski & Country Club offers terrace, parking on-site, and sports facilities. Guests are welcome to go for a swim in the heated pool.
