Very comfortable room with balcony looking at the mountains. Hotel was away from the hustle of downtown Banff, so it was nice and quiet, but still convenient. They gave us free bus passes to get around town for easy access. The staff was very friendly and stay was very comfortable.

At check-in, staff offered an upgrade to a larger room at a reduced rate. It was on the quieter side of the hotel. It had a separate sitting room and dining area with facilities to heat food, if required. The hotel had a laundry facility for guests to use, which was extremely helpful.

Everything! Location, staff, breakfast was magnificent, dinner was delicious and the menu was extensive. Our rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean with stunning views of the mountains and comfortable beds. The hotel is within walking distance to all of the beautiful town of Canmore and other pretty walking trails.

I think Hampton inn chain are great with effective effort to be the best. It deserve 4 star . Large size room, Self Laundry, Good parking with electric charger, Pet friendly with respect to pets (in contrast to hotels that just use pet friendly as a money making route) as they gave my pet a treat, large restaurant. They had SMS service to be sure you are great. I would choose Hampton inn chains as my first choice from now on in all my trips.
