Very comfortable room with balcony looking at the mountains. Hotel was away from the hustle of downtown Banff, so it was nice and quiet, but still convenient. They gave us free bus passes to get around town for easy access. The staff was very friendly and stay was very comfortable.

At check-in, staff offered an upgrade to a larger room at a reduced rate. It was on the quieter side of the hotel. It had a separate sitting room and dining area with facilities to heat food, if required. The hotel had a laundry facility for guests to use, which was extremely helpful.

We had an amazing stay at the Blue Horizon! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with any request.
