I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

The family room was in fact two rooms, two bathrooms and a small kitchen area, each room also had a balcony. Breakfast was good. The spa was excellent, loved the pool with the different jets, great to relax in at the end of the day. Quiet area, short walk from the station and the centre.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful Zermatt. Very close to the train station, Main Street, Gonergrat. The pool/spa facilities were refreshing and a great way to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was good. The beds were very comfortable and the rain showers were lovely. Our view of the Matterhorn never got old and it was a joy eating out on the balcony watching the sun set on the mountain.

The room was so spacious. Excellent bathroom. The bath products provided were of excellent quality. Amazing location friendly staff. Well organized and delicious break fast spread. So in love with the pool spa facilities. Special mention to the spacious bathroom and facilities and products. Excellent location. Not far from station. Pickup facility. Over all a wonderful experiensed. Left the place much relaxed and happy.

There are everything necessary for our 1 week stay in Crans Montana. Equipments and facilities were clean and there are lots of space for relaxing in the accommodation. Response from hosts were timely and deposits were returned quickly. We'd like to return here someday and introduce to our friends.

Exceptionally good hotel all round. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast included in price, which seemed pretty good for Zermatt. The spa facilities were brilliant (large hot tub, sauna, and steam room), along with complementary use of pool in partner hotel nearby if desired. Nice touches were the provision of complementary lifts to and from the station, and afternoon cakes and fruit in the lounge. A really enjoyable stay.

Great location near to the main trains to the pistes and also only a few minutes walk to the town center and the main restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet and nice spacious wellness area, especially the outdoor jacuzzi with views of the Matterhorn. We were also offered the use of the wellness and showers after we checked out and had a days skiing before we drove home which was unexpected and a nice offer. Really friendly and accommodating staff. We will happily stay there again.

The room was comfortable (3 people) and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is very convenient, next to the ski lift. The spa (open from 16:00-20:00) was very good with a steam bath, sauna and individual jacuzzis. There is a ski room available with ski boot heaters.

The location was perfect - directly opposite the ski lifts with access to both Grimentz and Zinal slopes. All staff were brilliant - friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant was excellent - so good in fact that we had dinner there 3 out the 5 nights that we stayed in Grimentz. And the Spa - with sauna, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi was a wonderfully relaxing space.

The position is amazing, with fabulous views of the Matterhorn . Our room was spacious and cozy, the bathroom dated but still functional. Staff is really friendly. The hotel has a super warm mountain feeling. We liked the jacuzzi the sauna and the steam room.

Excellent location in the center of the village, close to the restaurants and supermarket, 10 min walk to the Torrent lift, nice breakfast, great spa with sauna and jacuzzi, we lived in the family lounge, which had spacious living room and bedrooms, comfortable beds, big wardrobes for clothes, smart TV, kitchenette - all you need for the family stay for a week!
