Excellent large rooms with no television. It forces you to become one with nature. Relax by the pool. Enjoy a great dinner. The breakfast was spectacular as well.

The service was incredible. The owner was right on top of everything we needed. The food was spectacular, both dinner and breakfast. The laundry service is extra but very worth it considering it's not a lot. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, the bead was comfortable, and having the outlets right by the bedside was amazing.

Rooms spacious, bathrooms clean, modern, hot water. Fantastic views of the Colombian countryside yet a 10 minute walk and you were in the main square of hustle and bustle. People who were working there super kind, good English. Well kept. Totally recommend.

Eduardo is an amazing host. He is always ready to give information about the area and help out if needed. The vegetarian pizza was amazing. The jacuzzi and spa are welcome after a days hike.

Amazing hotel! One of the best we have ever stayed at and perfect for a romantic honeymoon. Everything was beautiful the spa and food were great. Facilities amazing. Room was secluded and felt special including all the necessary amenities. Free morning yoga was also a nice touch to take advantage of with beautiful views. We spent three nights and didn't want to leave! Would return for sure.

The inner terrace has some beautiful views.
A complementary massage of 30 minutes. Unfortunately there was one person to do the massage. It ment that my girlfriend could have the massage and 30 minutes later it was my turn. Although I was allowed (after asking) to wait in the bath.
A big plus is the jacuzzi, very nice.
And the complementary cocktails were nice too.

This hotel is one of the best in Pereira. We had a room on the top floor with a beautiful view over the city. Just across from the hotel is a beautiful cathedral. The breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant and the food was good. The staff are friendly and some of them speaks good English. The room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean.

Beautiful structure. Modern and elegant with 2 perfectly functioning lifts. Spacious, elegant room and bathroom with everything, absolutely everything you need for a happy stay! Good breakfast with very friendly staff. The lady at the reception was also very kind! I highly recommend! Will definitely return!Everything was to our liking!

Everything, from the warm welcoming, the availablity of the staff, the gorgeos common areas as the Jacuzzi, hamam bath, gym, the mini Oase with the lovely and well taken care plants, the colorful interiors and the cherry on top of all this experience: since our flight was very early in the morning, they helped us book the taxi and prepared breakfast for us- take away. How lovely is that?🥰 The location is great, therefore all Boxes are checked! Totally recommend!
