Absolute bliss. Everything is absolutely perfect. From food, rooms, facilities and most importantly the staff. To name a few from the restaurant Terra are Ajung, Ronie, Rahul, Prajapati and their team leader Vishwesh. Ritwik at the front desk was just amazing. They offer free trips to Nandi hills sunrise point and what surprised us was the beautifully packed picnic box n coffee that was offered during our trip to Nandi hills. Coming back soon.

The hotel staff is just really amazing and helpful. I would especially like to mention Mr. Amal at the market restaurant who made sure we had the best dinner and made us feel very comfortable. Ms. Sujata, the guest relation was really sweet, she managed to arrange the cake, got the room decorated and was very helpful throughout the stay. Mr. Ibrar from the ganache cafe was extremely sweet, he assisted us very well. Housekeeping staff decorated (sahil, Deepak, priyabala) the entire room, got us a greeting card, The front office staff Shahzeb helped us with the late check out as well. I can't name all but each and everyone was eager to help. The breakfast and dinner spread were amazing. The Jacuzzi was on another level. Had an amazing stay. The Ritz-Carlton is going to be my next stay again for sure! Much love ❤️

Beautiful location with very helpful staff and great food. On arrival we were disappointed that all safaris had been cancelled but the hotel provide other activities including an excellent early morning bird viewing boat trip. We would love to have stayed longer and would strongly recommend the hotel. We would particularly like to thank the naturalists Vishal and Laksmann along with chef Ganguly who was able to ensure my wife’s meals were gluten free and Rupali who was our waitress for several meals.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Although it is located amidst residential houses, it still feels peaceful and charming. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We arrived late for checkin but the front desk handled everything cordially and efficiently. The restaurant onsite was convenient and the food was good, making the stay even more comfortable. We had taken our pet Frenchie with us . The staff were very accommodating and the restaurant also provided boiled chicken for our dog making it less stressful for us.Overall , a nice experience and a good place to stay.
