My recent stay at ITC Gardenia was an absolutely delightful experience, setting a new benchmark for hospitality and service. A special mention is deserved for Kshitij, the Duty Manager. His approachable demeanor and keen attention ensured every aspect of the visit was perfect. It's reassuring to know that someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction oversees the hotel's operations. The breakfast spread was simply amazing. The sheer variety and the outstanding taste of every dish left a lasting impression. From local specialties to international favorites, the culinary team truly excelled. The attention to detail in presentation and preparation was evident and greatly appreciated. Beyond the superb dining, the hotel staff's professionalism and dedication elevated the experience. Every interaction showcased a commitment to providing exceptional service. Attentiveness and a proactive approach enhanced the stay. This warmth and efficiency are hallmarks of the renowned ITC hospitality.

everything here was amazing , the room , the food and the staff. We enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave , the room felt like our second home . The breakfast buffet spread was very good with some amazing dishes , the tiramisu croissant needs a special mention. We had excess to the lounge on the 17th floor and the floor manager was extremely nice , i forgot to get his name , a very big thank you to you from us.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and equipped with new, stylish furniture. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. This definitely won’t be my last stay!

The Taj staff was exceptional and highlighted why even big local/foreign brands can’t compete with Taj’s hospitality. Your staff sets the brand. Pretty much every single staff member from arrival to exit made a personal effort to make our stay enjoyable and seamless. Karan, the Manager, was absolutely brilliant and worked out all the (crazy) requests we threw his way. All his efforts were much appreciated. The buggy team, housekeeping and the gardening staff too were always proactively asking if we needed any assistance, showed us around the property and told us anecdotes. We loved our experience and will definitely be keen to come back and recommend the West End to others. Thanks for everything!

The property is very new and exceptionally clean. I really like the location, it’s convenient and well situated. The staff are courteous, and very kind, which made my experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended.

My time at Seasons Suites was good! The room was super clean and comfy, with a cool view. The staff were really friendly. I totally recommend them for a great mix of luxury and coziness.

Hotel Staff, Hotel Cleanliness

A perfect location in the central Bangalore. You can enjoy waking in Cubbon park nearby. Also you can reach various nice shops and restaurants on foot. They have a pool & spa to relax. JW kitchen on the ground floor serve amazing breakfast with live kitchens for Indian and western. On top of that, all staff are very professional as well as friendly and kind. Special thanks to Front Desk Manager, Mr. Panwar.

The hotel staff is just really amazing and helpful. I would especially like to mention Mr. Amal at the market restaurant who made sure we had the best dinner and made us feel very comfortable. Ms. Sujata, the guest relation was really sweet, she managed to arrange the cake, got the room decorated and was very helpful throughout the stay. Mr. Ibrar from the ganache cafe was extremely sweet, he assisted us very well. Housekeeping staff decorated (sahil, Deepak, priyabala) the entire room, got us a greeting card, The front office staff Shahzeb helped us with the late check out as well. I can't name all but each and everyone was eager to help. The breakfast and dinner spread were amazing. The Jacuzzi was on another level. Had an amazing stay. The Ritz-Carlton is going to be my next stay again for sure! Much love ❤️
