This is a fantastic hotel located close to Mumbai airport, with very helpful and kind staff! I booked this for my mum a day before her return flight. She found the hotel and her room to be high quality, spacious, with great food options. The best part was the very helpful, friendly and kind staff who helped my mum organise transfers to the airport, help sort her boarding pass (since she is not IT savvy) and helped with baggage. The staff are a credit to Hilton and I would like to extend a big thank you to them for making her stay smooth and relaxing!

The hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were also upgraded to a prestige king room, which was a bonus.

Quite clean and well maintained

Stayed for a night. Very good check-in and check out. Breakfast was good, could have been better-some more items. I opted for pay at property, however received a call to pay full in advance. Did not like this.

My company had booked a stay at Z Bliss Suites in the BKC area for me as I had come for a Business Meet, and I must say that I had a fantastic experience here. The property manager Randhir made sure that the check-in process was smooth and the room was ready upon my arrival. The room was clean, well lit, the bedsheets were washed well and ironed and the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The steam room and spa were excellent, providing a relaxing escape. The gym was well-maintained and had good equipments. The overall ambience was peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay!

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ascent Star Inn. The staff were very polite, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The hotel amenities are good, and a special mention to the chef who was excellent and kindly prepared food according to our requests.

Location was very convenient. Plenty of eating joints. Lots of local shopping. The rooms were well done and very neat. Everything was thoughtful. The TV was BIG all set for channels. Nice. Big wardrobe.
