We received a very warm welcome when we checked in with welcome drinks at the cafe. The duty manager even sent some chocolates to our room with a welcome note. Anything we requested was done pronto. The breakfast was a good spread. Food was delicious for lunch at Masala Restaurant. Everyone was eager to help and to make our stay very comfortable. The security was excellent. They had a good number of staff and so everything was being managed by them so well. We were just too happy to have stayed there.

The warm welcome and hospitality was the best I’ve received in years. Every little thing was taken care of. Khushboo at the front desk was a gem. Thank you for making my stay that much more special and enjoyable. I wouldn’t have felt the same way if not for her unwavering commitment towards my experience.

It is great for kids and has everything you need for leisure

The staff are all welcoming and good at their jobs. The restaurant has good quality food and room service is a bargain. Overall, this hotel is great value for money, The location is a bit too bustling for us but we just stay in the rooms mostly anyway since almost everything we want can be gotten from here. Highly recommended.

The staff - extremely friendly and warm. The restaurant - serves absolutely amazing food. The property- its done tastefully and a very unique experience. The Owner - an extremely humble and a thorough gentleman. Hardworking and super attentive to the needs of each guest. He persinally meets and greets with the guests at breakfast and lunch, ensuring the dining and overall experience at the resort-hotel is a memorable one, which we think is very endearing and an adorable gesture. Anecdotes from our stay- Our room was not as i had expected. The photographs i saw were different to the room i was alloted, and there were too many mosquitoes and noise from the streets. Any other resort would have simply said- it is what it is.. but not here. As soon as i informed the property manager, he escalated the matter to the owner, who immediately came to meet us and ensured that every little detail /expectation was taken care of for us and the rest of our stay was a memorable one. I was pregnant and requested for coconut water, which they did not have on their menu, but as soon as the owner heard about it, he ensured that not only got a coconut water then but also it was there each morning, at breakfast without fail. On the 2nd day of our stay my husband was feeling unwell and the staff took brilliant care of him, to ensure he got alright. It was extremely commendable.
