The staff is always helpful and pleasant. I've had times when a visit with my kids didn't work out and there was zero issue with refund, even though I shouldn't have.

Excellent stay in all respects. Room was extremely clean, window blinds had frames on the side of them to prevent light coming in, super comfortable bed, and great staff at the front desk. Fast wifi.

Great rooms and comfortable beds! It was so convenient for traveling with our dog. Our room was on first floor with easy access to outside for taking the dog out.
