The people was so friendly and kind.

The apparent is super clean and spacious. We felt there very comfortable. The balcony is a perfect place for coffee in the morning with a breathtaking view. The host and her family were kind and sweet. They helped us with everything we needed, always attentive. We are very grateful.

Beautiful view, the pictures are realistic. We did not have hot water for a while but the host was very responsive and sent the repair men very quickly. The street is calm and quiet.

Our stay at Villa Caterina was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The villa was exceptionally clean and tidy, and all of the facilities were in excellent working order. We were also pleasantly surprised by the many complimentary extras that were provided, which made our stay even more special. One of the things we loved most was the peaceful setting. The villa is surrounded by beautiful nature, offering complete peace and quiet, and all of the local residents we met were incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the host. She was exceptionally friendly, informative, and truly went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. She provided us with recommendations for local attractions, transport options, and even informed us about a free night bus service to the villa. Throughout our stay, she shared so much useful information and was always happy to help. Her kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay absolutely perfect. We cannot recommend Villa Caterina highly enough and would love to return in the future!

A beautiful view and beautiful home. Host was very patient and helpful.

The terrace and the view were absolutely amazing. Spending time on the balcony was incredibly enjoyable and relaxing. Although the area generally has parking issues, they kindly suggested a nearby spot where we could park our car without any problems. It was a lovely gesture that they surprised us with breakfast. They also allowed us a late check-out so we could enjoy the terrace and the view a bit longer — that meant a lot to us and made us really happy. Hopefully, we’ll meet again. We highly recommend this place — if you're in the area, it's truly the best!

The host was very helpful and great at communicating with me before arrival. He helped us line up a cab to get there from the train station. And the views from the property are spectacular!

This adorable property had everything you could need for a private and romantic getaway. Beth has decorated and designed this place with a couple in mind. She has excellent communication and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay here is nothing but wonderful. She provided around the clock communication and support. I would highly recommend a visit to Cosy Place, we will definitely return!

Beautiful, well furnished with an incredible view from the living area, deck and outdoor dining area. Kitchen was well stocked.

The house is wonderful! Perfectly clean and located in a very relaxing neighborhood above Varenna right next to the castle.

Great location for activities but not too touristy! Loved the beach across the street! Great for a swim to cool off!

The home was within walking distance to the town and ferry. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The property was very clean and well appointed.
