That was my second time staying at Aloft Dubai creek. The hotel is in a good location, sea view near by everything. Very Clean and calm . The Staff was so respectful.

Overall, our stay was pleasant and the facilities, cleanliness, and amenities were excellent. The staff was courteous, and we truly appreciated the comfort and quality of the accommodation. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. Despite arriving after the official check-in time, the process was slow and unorganized, which left a poor first impression. We hope this area can be improved to match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, mall, local restaurants, and a supermarket. The room was clean and well-maintained overall. The reception staff were welcoming, especially Receptionist Eli, who was helpful, polite, and provided excellent hospitality service. Thank you once again for the amazing customer service! they gave us the room a couple hours before our check in, we came from a long flight and were super grateful for this. the hotel also has a pool so we were able to relax and recharge !!! the hotel also offers free transportation to the airport
