The room was very cleàn and comfortable. Hotel is located just next to WTC mall, also a stop for Big Bus (hop on hop off). Staff were very helpful.

Pool, Jacuzzi and Breakfast. They upgrade us to 1 BR. And allowed us for a late check out. Big Thanks to Mr. Umair for being so accomodating.

Great value of money, halfboard menu is great, the pool is also clean and spacious! Definitely will recommend!

The location was superb. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room 1701 was fabulous.

Wonderful location in yhe heart of the city. Close to all facilities. There is a shuttle bus morning time for Yas Island with all attractions. Decent breakfast and store the luggages service .was a plus.

We had an excellent stay, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was excellent and there are two bars, one rooftop and the other is a sports bar near the ground floor with live sports and a golf simulator. The pool was also very clean and quiet.

i really like the room, it was so cozy, luxury, and clean. i like the way how hotel staff served us, they are all was so kind and patient with us. also, all hotel has aroma of rose, what makes you feel like in the rose garden.

Our stay was truly exceptional. the room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. Before even our arrival we were welcomed by Mr. Chan (Receptionist) He was very professional and friendly. He made our stay really comfortable and enjoyable I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I look forward to my next visit! hotel was clean and the view was really amazing. The Staff are professional especially Ashweta from Guest Relations and Fatima Al Zahraa she is very polite also Visal and Nadeem for check in and out they were so professional. all of them made our stay comfortable, we will definitely to visit again soon!
