So good for comfortable and quiet sleeps at nights. I enjoyed working remotely with panoramic views over the canyon and amazing sunset views. Backyard also provides nice outdoor sitting area to work or just chiĺl out. Staff was polite and helpful. Housekeeping helped me with laundry at 24h turnaround with reasonable extra fees. The location is fine especially in spring time with full blossom of lilacs, apricot trees and cherry trees all across the street. Large supermarkets Aygedzor or SAS at 10 min walk. It takes you 5 min ride to the center with lots of cafes and walking routes.

We all loved our stay at the Silk Road Hotel. The staff were all great but a big shout out to Georg. Lilah who was weaving a rug downstairs was so delightful & explained everything about the support the hotel gives to villages teaching young people to weave & giving them opportunities to sell their work at the hotel. She did some weaving with my son & was so patient. We had a nice triple room with a big window with a view of mount Ararat. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely & the garden was also a really nice space to sit & be peaceful. There are lovely local crafts to buy in the reception area. We would love to return. Thank you.

We loved everything about Orbeli hotel, the hotel looks new which they paint and refresh every year. Our room was really spacious with king bed, sofabed and Balcony. The Mountain View from the room was amazing. Staff was very helpful and supportive and speak English. Many thanks to Anahit the manager and Rubin from reception who helped us a lot to plan our day visits. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day. The room has mini kitchen with microwave with utensils, plates and coffee and tea. Breakfast buffet is good and with variety of items. Hotel location is not in city center and we intentionally chose this hotel as all city center hotels are old and with really bad reviews. Area around Orbeli has everything you need supermarket, pharmacy, café and restaurants . Metro is 8 min walk and republic square is 3 stops away. The hotel has parking space in front. Never hesitate to book at Orbeli hotel if you want and excellent hotel stay and enjoy Yerevan

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and from the very first day we arrived, they took great care of us. The building is very clean and beautifully designed, which made our experience even more enjoyable. If we come back again, we will definitely choose this place without hesitation!

Hotel has a nice atmosphere and food location, the room was modern, new renovated, wifi worked fast.

Every thing is good we were stay on january first till 6th. It was near downtown by YANDEX 5min ! And more good thing is near DALMA garden,you can walk to there.very kindly staff,and they bring breakfast to us in our room. Last point : YAN hotel is a good choice for your stay.

The hotel personnel are very professional and genuinely kind, making for a warm welcome. Everything in the hotel was spotless. I was particularly impressed by the restaurant, the food was top quality and truly delicious. The location is also fantastic; grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, and major tourist attractions are all within a short walking distance. Additionally, the WiFi was fast and reliable enough to stream content with no issues. It was a sincere pleasure to stay here, and I will definitely return on my next visit to Yerevan.

Location was fantastic. Room was equipped with so many facilities that I even couldn't expect. WiFi was good and staff polite and attentive.

The hotel is situated not far from the city centre, the staff was really helpful. The rooms are clean and that made my stay an enjoyable one.
