The breakfast was excellent, and the room, though compact, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the provided soap and shampoo were of good quality. The location is outstanding, with plenty of nearby restaurants, a great shopping avenue, and even a shopping center. You can also walk to Puerto Madero and explore some of the iconic spots in downtown Buenos Aires.

I had a minor incident with the room assigned, the floor was in poor condition, I spoke to the hotel reception and they resolved it immediately, assigning me a higher category room. The entire process was friendly and diligent.

Hotel is close to the Corrientes Avenue which is the main one in Buenos Aires (The Obelisk, Guerrin Pizzeria and Cadore Gelato are all on Corrientes Ave). A plethora of small restaurants are located in the hotel's vicinity and is close (a 34 minute walk) to "Mafalda's Statue" a place of pilgrimage for the followers of this iconic cartoon character that inspired the latin-american youth of the 70's and 80's.

Great location, near everything important to know as a tourist. Kind and gentle people, everyone made our stay as pleasurable as possible. They really have a willingness to serve.

great location, walking distance to and from Buquebus port, very close to the pedestrian zone, just next to the famous shopping mall Pacifico, safe area, yellow tourist bus stop just across the street. Walking distance to major sites like Obelisco. Beds are very comfortable, the suites are extremely large and comfortable. Breakfast is extraordinary!!! Reception staff very helpful.

The staff was tremendously helpful and friendly. As a solo traveler, I appreciate the chance for human interaction. All of the receptionists were ready to help with various small tasks and advice, and I had some lovely chats with them. Furthermore, the location was very good. There were lots of useful facilities in the neighborhood, and I was within walking distance of some of my tours.
