The room was very comfortable, and besides a minibar the had a mini cava with six bottles of good wines. The breakfast is very good, and the location perfect for my purposes

Clean, nice, hot water all good! No complaints and stuff excellent and you have night with wine and cheese. We arrived late but still you invited us wine. Which was super nice of you!

The desk staff was outstanding

We really liked the concept of an apartman house with a 24/7 reception. It really come handy after an 8 hour delay of our plane. The apartments are comfortable and large. It is true, that they are somewhat warn down but it goes well with the vibe of the Palermo area :). We had no problems with the cleanness of the rooms. Overall great value for money.

Brilliant location in heart of Palermo and great value. Loads of bars and restaurants, and soho, minutes walk away. Very new, chic, hotel. Best of all were the staff in reception, Angel, Franco and Ludmilla. Angel was simply amazing how he helped me for nearly two solid hours working out how to locate the uber driver where I had left my cell-phone. I was leaving BA and panicking. Without him I don't know what I would have done. Thanks so much, Angel.

Excellent neighborhood, very pleasant and full of coffee shops and restaurants, as well as boutiques of all kinds. The hotel is a real gem, with a lovely courtyard and spacious rooms. Above all, the staff was amazing ‼️

If I could give 20 stars, I would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff at Glu Hotel made our stay unforgettable. The front desk team was incredibly kind and helpful—they guided us on things to do, places to visit, and even where to shop. Their recommendations made our trip so much better. Housekeeping was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond every single day, paying attention to every detail and making us feel truly cared for. Thank you for such outstanding service and for making us feel at home. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

I liked the location, excellent! The staff was extremely friendly, the room was cozy and homey, and the beds very comfy. The breakfast was just perfect to start your day, coffee, tea, croissants, eggs, fruits, etc. We will for sure come back since we travel from Uruguay very often.

The location of this hotel is perfect, perfectly located in Palermo, surrounded by lots of cafes and cute little stores. They even went above and beyond helping me with the store of my breastmilk in the fridge of the hotels kitchen, I was truly grateful for this!
