Central location, interesting building with a lot of charm and character. Don’t be put off by the dark corridors … the rooms are all different and some are a bit tired to say the least . The staff are great especially the 2 guys on reception who were always willing to help and go out of their way . If you’re looking for a budget place for a central stay can recommend.

So let me start by saying that my parents are always looking for comfort, so this was perfect. There was an issue for my part, it was more of a misunderstanding since I thought I already paid for the service since my card was on file but no, turns out you pay at the property with the card, thanks God Carlos was there to help my parents. THANK YOU, CARLOS!! He was kind and helpful since the beginning. If you have a question, don't doubt to ask him he'll know the answer. Again, thank you, Carlo( give this man a raise !!) :D

Hotel is located close to many points of interest: Cafe Tortorni, Colon Theater, Presidential palace to name a few Good restaurants in the area Hotel is very comfortable, clean Good breakfast selection Wonderful staff, we had a chance to be helped by Jara, Ivan, Ignacio they very helpful, accommodating, always looking to help

We already stayed in this hotel before and would come again. Great location, nice room with very comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the free cold and hot water in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and very close to main points of interests

In a very quiet part of town but still close to everything. We stayed in one of the junior suites and really liked the extra space. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, complimentary breakfast was adequate. All workers were helpful and pleasant.

Our visit exceeded my expectations. For an additional nominal fee, we were able to check in early and had snacks, appetizers, cocktails available on the concierge level. Breakfast was also included. The staff also arranged a tour for us and taxi service.
