An exceptional experience. Arrived early and the staff were very accomodating while waiting for the room to be ready. The room is well appointed and layed out, with a real suite feel. After flying for 15 hours, the shower was perfect; it was both hot and had great pressure. Breakfast has many options, and travelling as primarily Vegan, the staff made extra effort to ensure there were milk alternatives. The spa and gym are great. While I didn't book a treatment, I loved having the steam, sauna, showers, and heated/jetted jacuzzi pool. I did make sure of both the cafe for doing work in the morning and did use the listening station. And then you've got lovely parts of Buenos Aires out the front steps. One of the best hotel experiences I've had in awhile.

Breakfast was good, location was perfect. The staff were supper kind and helpful.

The room was very comfortable; the breakfast was very good and served from 6:30-10:30!!! The hotel is located in Recoleta, walking distance to the beautiful Recoleta park, very nice and safe neighborhood to walk down the cozy streets! The service and attention of the staff was very professional, friendly and dedicated to making our stay a great experience

Spacious room, comfortable super king size bed, marble spacious bathroom, quiet air conditioning. wonderful welcome every time I entered or left hotel by porters Amazing concierge services and quality of bookings: restaurant, group city tour, private transfer by executive car and Rojo Tango show, tango lessons, shop to buy tango shoes.

The front desk people were amazing, friendly and open to accommodate my needs as much as they could. Recoleta is well known as a nice area to go for a walk without big safety concerns. The low rates at least for this time could be a plus if you are in a budget. The bathroom has a lot of space and was clean.

Classical elegance of the Buenos Aires of the Belle Époque. Very well attired, comfortable small hotel with attentive and courteous staff. The location is excellent, in the heart of Recoleta, close to everything. The restaurant is top notch, and the lovely bar very charming. Highly recommended.

Clean, staffed 24 hours per day, safe, low price compared to other hotels, Recoleta Shopping is close by & nice restaurants close by.

This is simply put, a very high end Hotel. Everything you would expect from a proper 5 Star Hotel
