Very clean, comfortable bed, decent family room size, good breakfast

Very central located, helpful and nice staff, good food, clean, dog friendly, ..

Room was very large and cozy. Breakfast was excellent, you can even order different types od eggs/omelettes in addition to breakfast buffet. Even though we did not use sauna, the pool and spa area was quite nice.

Everything about this hotel was just perfect for a city trip . Good parking if you traveling with the car. The hotel area is really clean and quiet the stuff are really polite and helpful. 15 to 18 min walk to the heart of Graz really good location I recommend the hotel

The location was amazing, situated above an absolutely lovely restaurant with a terrace. The room was adorable and the bathroom set up was so cool. Lots of nice touches all around.

staff was welcoming and helpful. room was clean, comfortable and well-thought-out. the pool and gym are open 27/7 - a definite plus! the location is an easy walk from the old center. the art everywhere made public spaces and our room very interesting, and the humor all over was a wonderful!

The staff is very helpful and the location is great. The only minus is that the parking is paid extra, but because of the location it is understandable.

Good mattress, great location and breakfast

Historic building beautifully renovated, filled with art. Spacious room with vintage furniture. Very quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Very central location. Very clean. Chocolates near the bed and living flowers in the bathroom. Had a very pleasant stay!

Amazing location , beautiful room with a nice view , great decor of the whole hotel ,beautiful terrace with the best view in town and the most important are people working there ! Best experience ever ! Thank you Verena for all your help !
