A comfortable, well appointed hotel at the end of a gorgeous glacial valley. You can start hiking right from the front door on magical trails that lead deep into Hohen Tauern National Park. The breakfast is very good as is the nightly fixed price dinner. The owner is very friendly as is the rest of the staff. Highly recommended.

Lovely place that met all our needs. The hostess was very kind and waited up for us when we had a late arrival. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options for everyone. The summer card was a huge benefit, allowing us to go to an attraction each day. The location was very good. We had a wonderful stay.

The stay was great. Very nice, beautiful location in nature. Close to Spar for treats and very close to Krimml Waterfall, which was an amazing experience! Received free tickets for the whole stay to visit!

Great hotel in a picturesque village. The facilities were great, spacious room with a balcony. The breakfast was excellent. Parking was free and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved every minute of our stay. The people are so kind and accommodating. The food is extremely delicious. Our kids ate vegetables and salads they would not normally try and loved them all. Each day we looked forward to dinner and wondered what surprises would be served. We stayed 6 nights and feel that we got a wonderful variety of food and local cuisine. The location is breath-taking. It does require a car, but it is well worth it to be able to discover the many hidden gems in this part of Austria. We greatly appreciate the hospitality and hope to come back.

Good price. The stay included Sommercard which staff sent by email days before arrival. I was able to use it for free Gerlos road access and a gondola ride to Weisssee,

Nature is great, good vibe, chill atmosphere, great apartments with everything you need. Great hosts. They also give summer national card that gives some discounts.

This is a beautiful traditional austrian lodge in a scenic location in a valley between many mountains. I eat breakfast and dinner there as well and both were great. My room had a nice deck and very comfortable bed. The Sauna/Spa is no clothing so just be advised. It was not a big deal and the woman I saw wore towels. They have many different saunas segmented by heat level, a steam room, and a bubble tub that is at 87 degrees. They also have a cold bucket dump between sauna sessions and a relaxation room. Only issue was it was only open from 15:30 to 10pm. I would have loved to use it the morning I left.
