The personnel of the Hotel is professional, gentle and at disposal of the guests. The room was quite, as requested, and with all necessary facilities. Wifi is also working extremely good for every necessity.

The vibe. The breakfast. The neighborhood. The hotel is not in the historical center but bus stop is 1 min walk from the door. Walk to the center is possible, the neighborhood is nice. The hotel has great lobby, we spent there every night.

The staff were the friendliest. I could talk to them the whole day. The room was very clean. It was small, but it had everything, including an iron and an ironing board and a desk. It also had a physical lock on the door. Great for one person. The bathroom was spacious compared to the size of the room.

We stayed in the 2-room apartment, and it exceeded my expectations. Rooms were very pretty, as well as view outside the window. Kitchen was fully equiped, everything was clean. Hotel is located just a few minutes away from public transport stops connecting to the city center. It was a last minute booking, and we could not be happier about what we got!

What I liked most about the hotel was how helpful the staff were and that it wasn’t too far from the city center.

Good location, on top of supermarket and across a bakery. Best water pressure ever. 6 mins walk to U bahn.

A great and spacious room, very comfortable for a family. The triple room had a large bed for the parents and a separate single bed for the child. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. We also liked that the room had a small kitchenette, although it was missing some cutlery and a few dishes. Overall, we managed perfectly fine. For one night, it was an excellent price-to-quality ratio.

Very centrally located, super close to Vienna Central Train Station, superb for those not driving.

The hotel is around a 5 minute walk from the train station (Wein Hauptbahnhof), so that's a plus. They allowed us to do early check-in, and we were very grateful since we had just gotten off the night train. Staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable and spotless. Would definitely stay there again!
