Everything was excellent. The most outstanding part was the professionalism throughout the entire stay. The reception experience was exceptional, especially thanks to the receptionist Ivana, who was very polite, elegant, highly professional, and clearly knows her job very well. She was also very fast and efficient with all procedures. The location is very good, the gym is excellent and very clean, and breakfast was a very good experience. The doormen were all extremely polite and professional. Overall, a truly outstanding stay.

Perfect location - walking distance from Landstrasse, 8 minutes by walk to Wiener Konzerthaus which was our reason to come to Vienna and right next to it is a nice park. It was also spotles clean and very quiet - we slept until noon 😄

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable stay, nice and very friendly staff. Appreciated that they could accommodate my early check in. Pretty nice location too, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops as well as easy access to public transport

Everything was perfect ,especially the cleaning and staff in the reception if we will come again on Vienna the first place for us is Urania hotel!!!!! Also the decoration is amazing with portraits and classical style like you are in opera!!!

I loved the decor of this hotel, a little funky, a little retro, different and great. I loved the coffee/tea/ironing board/and self service fridge on each floor. Loved going to get my cup of tea before going to my room. Loved doing my ironing whilst having a drink

This hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of everything. I had a room with a beautiful view of the cathedral and a huge corner terrace, which made the stay especially memorable. Everything was great — the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. The room was also quiet, which made it easy to relax.

it is a different concept of a hotel. spacious rooms with kitchenette and separate bathroom. when I was in the room I could not hear any noise from outside. coffee was free and provided by the reception staff. every evening there a light show displayed in the inner court of the hotel, excellent idea.

You can feel such a charm the moment you just walk in , it’s a 300 years old building pretty well maintained , Mozart is always being played in the background, which is such a dreamy place for me . I enjoyed the Austrian wine here in the bar pretty much , especially the vibe at night is such a treat for me . Staff here are very professional and kind . I’d love to visit this place again in the future, I hope they can still keep the classy vibe forever.
