Room was cozy, and only 4mins drive away from the Charlotte Pass hike. Staff was very kind, allowed us to borrow the kitchen cling wrap so we could pack sandwiches for the hike.

Amazing place, incredible location and super friendly, helpful staff. Carolyn was exceptional and went out of her way to help with anything and everything making my stay very special. The dinner was the best I ever had and the restaurant is super fancy. And the cookies in my room were to die for :)

Excellent hub for hiking around Thredbo and in Snowy Mountains NP. Spacious room, many hooks to hang stuff. We even had a little balcony. Continental breakfast included. Parking included, but about 100 m from the hotel.

Very clean, spotless really. Conveniently located. Super friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast and pub, on-site. Particularly appreciated the “Go Green” option which let us skip housekeeping in exchange for a $15 voucher that could be used toward a beverage.
