The food is excellent! The room is clean, and there is a water dispenser downstairs which is really convenient. There are also toothbrushes and slippers if you ask for it. No noise as well. Location is great.

Where to start? Being an Ace Hotel it's obviously very stylish. The room was super comfy and quiet (except for one incident). Really nice bar (with DJ in the evening) and restaurant. The service and staff were exceptional. We arrived very early but because it was my birthday they found us a room that we could check in and freshen up straight away. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Location is also very good, in easy walking distance to Central and Museum station and to Surry Hill. We will be back!

Property was very convenient to St. Vincent‘s hospital. Extremely convenient. The food and atmosphere in the bar was very pleasant. Great service.

I was in a two story room! I loved it so much. It was very quirky and such a great location. It was noisy in the bar because of burger Wednesday, but I couldn't hear anything in the room. Our niece was in a separate room, but not too far from us. Loved it a lot.

I adored the location of Medusa. Darlinghurst is such a lovely neighbourhood. There were so many great eatery options nearby and I was surprised with how beautifully quiet it was during the nights after closing time. Perfect city feel for the day, felt so lovely and safe in the area, then deliciously calm all night. I stay in alot of hotels around the world and it's rare that I will review them because they're all quite generic. Medusa is anything BUT that and I LOVED it. Jesse and his staff were so beautifully personable and made the whole stay a lovely experience. Decor is 10/10. Beds were comfy. Location is brilliant. Can't fault them at all!

Great service. Loved the amenities, Honour bar and attention to detail. Great communal spaces like the rooftop to relax and sit with friends. Comfortable rooms. Convenient location in the middle of surry hills but still very quiet.

Loved the vibe and welcome. Really lovely and genuine. The refreshing tea on tap was a bonus too! Oh and the bottle of water with citrus twist, really appreciated. Its the little things!

Located only minutes away from the train station. Spacious room and comfortable beds.

Location is perfect for a work trip to Sydney, the Strand hotel has a quiet library area with a desk to work on some emails, and the pub downstairs had amazing honey chicken bowl!
