Having passed the hotel many times over the years, we hadn't stayed there so it was brilliant to be able to this time. We had two rooms which were both very spacious with lovely views. The staff were great and allowed our son to use one of the meeting rooms for a zoom interview (he got the job!). The pool overlooking the harbour was gorgeous and the staff were very efficient. There were loads of cafes and bars in the area plus the ferry into town was just a 5 min walk - a beautiful way to travel. Thanks to the team for a wonderful stay.

The location couldn't have been better. A few metres from the subway made a world of difference. Helpful staff and a clean spacious room with a bathtub.

Good location , spacious room and good value for money

The apartment was clean, location super convenient, value for money superior, Location and environment very quiet and safe. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. For working professionals or visitors the combination of value, convenience, cleanliness and great communication from the manager were outstanding. It's not the first time I stayed at this place and sure will use this place every time I go to Sydney short or long stay.

Comfortable, clean room. Slight noise from downstairs, hardly noticeable. Chilli Prawn Pizza for dinner - GREAT, just a hint of heat. GUINNESS ON TAP in the bar downstairs - BEAUTIFUL!!

Amazing value. What a hidden gem

Easy to get to the hotel from the city and so close to all the shops in Double Bay. The hotel is always clean and organized with functional rooms that are super comfortable.

The place was absolutely gorgeous and impeccably appointed — from the room controls to the Dyson hairdryer, every detail was just lovely. Chris at reception was so warm and welcoming. But the real highlight of my stay was the food — indescribably good. It was so exceptional that I ended up enjoying three meals at the restaurant during my overnight stay!

You can’t beat this location. Bed linens were great. Appreciated the breakfast items. Loved the common area patio. Good communication and instructions - quick responses and helpful hosts.

Super fun place, but it is in a thriving night club area so if you want quiet, this is not it. We greatly enjoyed being right on Bondi Beach! Amd it was fun to be in the middle of all the goings on! We didn't realize the room we booked had the bedrooms on a floor above where the bathroom is...so that was a suprose but probably something I missed in the details and we made it work. It also meant we were a bit farther from the nightclub noise (we didn't hear a thing) The staff was amazing and we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Dylan was a great benefit to staying at Mrs. Banks as he is friendly, helpful and provided recommendations for sites and food that were directly on point for our group.
