The breakfast was very good. Wish the bacon was more crisp though but that is just my opinion how I like it. Staff in the kitchen were very friendly as well as front desk staff.

I liked the location, close to transportation, but on a quiet sidestreet. I stayed in room 501 so I had a good view and also saw the snowy mountain top. Clean and modern looking hotel. Breakfast was fine and had a basic selection of food.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything from the room and breakfast to the staff was just amazing. Everything was super clean and comfortable, the room was spacious with a balcony and clean, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was really good, with so many options and very tasty coffee. It is held from 7:30 to 10 in the morning, so you have quite a lot of time to go and get it. The staff was very helpful and nice. They explained everything to the slightest detail and helped with everything that we needed. Huge thanks to one of the staff members that greeted us, a younger guy with longer hair and beard (unfortunately, we didn't catch his name). He was helpful and so kind, made us feel welcome and made the whole experience wholesome. The location of the hotel is also great, the bus stop is right in front of it, the trolleybus stop is a 2 minute walk away and the metro station is around 10 minute walk from it (station for blue metro line - Lavov most). And the city center is around 1.2 km away from the hotel, which is awesome. The location felt really safe. The view from the hotel and the neighbourhood surrounding it is not very pleasant on the eyes, but it was interesting to see that part of the city as well. Overall, everything was really amazing and we would highly recommend everyone to stay here. If we ever come back to Sofia, we will most certainly stay here again. 😊

Staff that duty on night was very helpful. She let us waiting on the hotel while waiting our delayed night bus departure time and helped to order taxi

The hotel is modern and spacious, convenient location, just a short walk to Vitisho Boulevard. Wonderful spacious car park that was free for guests. The breakfast was ample and tasty. Mariana on Reception was so warm and friendly, she ensured we felt at ease as soon as we walked in.

Second time staying here. There are really no downsides to this hotel. Close to the central bus station, affordable, 24 hour reception, hot water and rooms at all times. I got the economy twin (no tv room) for 2 nights and while it was a bit small you get what you pay for - comfort for a few nights while you're in Sofia on quick business.

The room was a very quiet and comfortable place to come back to for the night after a day exploring Sofia. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was sufficient. The owners were very nice and chill, always just hanging out in the cafe downstairs. Just a couple streets away from the “center” of Sofia, we walked everywhere. I liked the vibe and aesthetic of the place too!

Excellent location, helpful staff. Considering the many negative reviews, I waa pleasantly surprised. Great value for money and would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers, who are not so demanding.

Lovely hotel, the room was spacious and clean, there were two bottles of water and coffee and tea for us to make, which was a nice touch. The location is great, close to attractions. The staff was very kind, they let us leave our bags in the storage room until evening. And there was free breakfast, selection of pastries and coffee. Very nice.

The room size is huge; it’s like a one-bedroom apartment. The room is clean, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good and delicious. Also, the whole hotel has beautiful paintings on the walls and an exhibition center on the 1st floor.
