The front desk staff made our stay an excellent one. Radostin and Milan were extremely helpful, friendly and patient with our large group. They deserve an award for they fine hospitality. Check-in was seamless and professionally executed.

Location is great, very convenient

The location of the hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the metro station, our triple room was quite spacious equipped with everything we needed.

The newly renovated rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering both comfort and style. The staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to assist. The breakfast selection was excellent, featuring a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. I highly recommend the Metropolitan Hotel Sofia for its outstanding service, elegant atmosphere, and excellent facilities.

Very friendly and helpful staff

We stayed only for one night because we had an early flight next morning. But everything was amazing, we were able to park our car early, it’s jut a 10 min drive so it’s super convenient. The stuff was very polite and helpful!

Staff was helpful, very clean rooms, quiet, cute lobby, comfortable bed, sheets, and pillows, non-smoking room did not smell like smoke at all, close to the airport.

No usable electricity sockets in the room, very inconvenient. Actually we found the socket hidden behind the bed. Overall needs more attention on details.

Location is near center. You have everything near, bars, markets, pharmacy etc. Top floor has a bar with a nice view to the city. Beds were comfy, place was quiet. Rooms were cleaned every day.
