Beside being a good hotel in a very good location, staff is really amazing! We went to Sao Paulo to get married and needed lots of help. All front desk staff was amazing but have to mention Gabriel Pinheiro from guest relations for all the help and attention. Once again - Thank you to all Grand Mercure staff!

Breakfast very good, room excellent. Staff just amazing. Restaurant menu excellent. Had lunch and dinner there, even family reunion was in the hotel restaurant. They all loved it.

We were only there for one night. The breakfast was great, staff was super friendly, perfect location.

We stayed here for several nights and fell in love with the staff and their willingness to help, always going beyond what was expected. We purchased the breakfast option the first day and we're so jetlagged that we didn't wake up for it. 20 minutes before breakfast closed, they called to remind us. We thanked them but still struggled to get up. They called again, offering to make a plate and bring it up for us. They made us two plates of things from the buffet and brought it up, which was incredible. The day we were scheduled to check out, our bus left at midnight. They were very kind and allowed us safe storage of our suitcases so we could enjoy our day without dragging things around. The room was comfortable and the blackout blinds were excellent for sleeping. People were just very kind and willing to help. Thank you!

Location, lady who serves the breakfast!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the location was perfect for our needs, and staff were lovely. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It’s a lovely lively hotel and is convenient to a lot of great sites in São Paulo. We stayed twice at the start and end of our trip, the staff the first time around (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day) were so kind and so friendly and really made us feel a part of everything. The staff the second time around (early January) were not as welcoming or friendly but still professional. Room service food was very tasty.
