Breakfast wasn't included in my reservation. I did have dinner at the restaurant - the food and wine were really good, but i had a small issue at the end, whereas I was told they accepted Ticket as payment, the machine didn't accept my card.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the location was perfect for our needs, and staff were lovely. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It’s a lovely lively hotel and is convenient to a lot of great sites in São Paulo. We stayed twice at the start and end of our trip, the staff the first time around (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day) were so kind and so friendly and really made us feel a part of everything. The staff the second time around (early January) were not as welcoming or friendly but still professional. Room service food was very tasty.
