Great new rooms. Staff was great (Jessica at reception was very helpful and kind)

The staff was extremely helpful. The included breakfast had a variety of tasty choices. As an international traveler, it was nice to have a place that included conveniences of home like a refrigerator, microwave and washer and dryer. I would stay there again.

Front desk people were helpful and kind, building was new, room was comfortable, area was quiet, secure and with lot of restaurants around

Very friendly staff location is amazing

Sauna and jacuzzi were very clean because they are scheduled for privacy and exclusive use by room number with one hour in between one guest and another. Excellent.

Great location, close to nice restaurants and cafes. Clean. Easy communication with the owner (this is a flat at Mercure Hotel).

Staff and location where great!

Climbing three flights of stairs suck and the rooms were too small. Very cheap hotel so I really can’t complain much but I was expecting an elevator and a better breakfast area. Everything is too thought. Feels like a hostel with private bathrooms

Great location, very close to Paulista Avenue. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the cleanliness is also excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
