Room was comfortable for 3 people. Breakfast was really really good and full of everything for different types of diets. Staff working during breakfast were very nice and attentive.

The location is good, about a 10-minute walk to the red line metro station. Pleasant neighborhood. Helpful and friendly staff. Well-ventilated room.

The reception is exceptionally kind, thanks to them for making it a great stay! I mean yeah, the location is obviously not ideal, but if you are careful you shouldn't have any problem. I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very clean, close to a very beautiful Metro station and a good looking park. It is a classic looking hotel, located in the historical Center of Sao Paulo. The staff was very friendly, and had all the accomodations we needed. For the price is a very good deal, it's not luxurious but it's very comfortable, great for the price. Breakfast is free and buffet-style, and the food is good and abundant. The hotel also has lunch and dinner options, but it's not free. Also not expensive. The staff it's very friendly. They let us store our baggage after checkout, while we waited for our flight. Definitely in our list when we came back.

Huge room for the price, free breakfast, friendly staff, central location.

The breakfast is excellent, a typical Brazilian breakfast. I arrived 40 min before check in but was able to check in right away no problem.

The hotel was great,clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. People kind and helpful.

I like that I didn’t get hepatitis and I didn’t get murdered in the middle of the night.
