We had the Jacuzzi suite. What a relaxing stay! totally unexpected. The housekeeping staff are energetic and everything was exceptionally clean. Nadia who runs the cafe does an excellent job!

I liked the location, the room, the parking. Ease of getting too and leaving. The short walk to the venue. It was a beautiful suite that felt like home, away from home.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay over the Christmas week at the Staybridge and we were comfortable, well fed and taken care of by the customer focused staff. From one of the best buffet breakfasts I have had with lots of variety over the days compliments of the kitchen staff Suzie and Mary Grace - thank you! To Jen, who ensured our rooms were kept clean and even chatted with us about our trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hamilton, not least because of the excellent location and parking facilities. Well done, worth every penny!

The property was perfect. Better than hotels at higher classes as my room (single king bed) was quite big, big TV, an armchair with a small table and a desk. Everything that any traveller needs. Especially I liked John’s (front desk) approach and friendliness to clients. I will definitely will book my room from this hotel for my next stays in sha Allah.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, everything was exceptional. The young lady, on the front deck, was professional, friendly and treated us with the respect, that all clients should receive. Thank you, yo her, and for the Holiday Inn for employing such great staff.

That it is pet friendly. Also they serve a wonderful hot breakfast. The hotel is also very conveniently location minutes from the QEW/403 Highway close to downtown and uptown.

I liked everything from front desk check in to the cleaning staff. Everyone was wonderful. I also really enjoyed the pool, perfect temperature.
